Aaron Codiga is Arete Charter Academy's Teacher Who Makes a Difference
Aaron Codiga goes above and beyond to create inspiring lessons for his students. He takes hands-on lessons to a new level! His room or outdoor teaching space is constantly filled with amazing projects in action. Our staff is constantly impressed with his approachability and willingness to do whatever it takes to connect with his students. Aaron makes every effort to connect with students. You will often see him help another Arete kiddo who is not even in his class. He’s focused on teaching kids, not just lessons. He is prepared, but willing to throw his lesson plan out the window to meet kids where they are, go back, reteach, and always encourage students. He listens, understands, and sees the big picture. He understands each child's situation at home, at school, and how to meet an individual's interests and needs. He has high expectations- because he knows Arete students are capable of A LOT.

Camp Counselor Needed

Please let me know if you know a junior or older young man who is interested in being a camp counselor for Science Camp from May 22-25 for Arete. I will write them a letter of recommendation if they ever want one. Please let me know and thanks for considering! Arete has the sweetest 6th graders attending!
