Snack Attack! Culinary & Young Author’s Club

All Ages. Min 3 students. Max 22

Cost: $49 each class  Time: Wednesdays & Thursdays 1:15-2:30 

Students will be introduced to healthier snack alternatives, made from scratch, using organic and GMO-free ingredients as much as possible. Many ingredients are grown at Chef Susan’s Farm. No white sugar is used.

In addition, we will have Recipe Challenges and teams will compete to use the Secret Ingredients Basket of the Day.

They will write & contribute recipes to our next “Snack Attack” series of cook books to be sold on Amazon. For more info email [email protected]

April   1,2: Lemon Cheesecake Crepes + Apricot Sauce

April   8, 9: Apricot Lemon Verbena Ice Cream + Thai Sesame Cookies 

April15,16: Japanese Cotton Cheesecake (GF)

April 22, 23: Rosemary Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF)

May  6th, 7 : Make Strawberry Lemon Ice Cream + Shortcake (GF)
