Make Bread Art

Every country has their version of bread. We will discuss how making and breaking bread together is part of community building. We will explore different herbs, seeds, spices, bread "paints" and edible flowers to incorporate into our bread art. Each student will bring home a Loaf and a Seasonal Dipping Sauce to share with family. Gluten Free Options. 4 student Min. Wednesdays and Thursdays 2:00-2:45 $39

Sept 16th, 17th: Cinnamon Braid from Mexico and Honey Butter

Sept 30th, October 1st: French Brioche Animal Sculptures

Oct 28th: Chinese  Dumplings and Dipping Sauce

December 2nd, 3rd: Italian Garlic Bread Art and Dipping Sauce
