Girls Flag Football

Days: Tuesday – Thursday
Time: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Location: Arete Charter Academy Soccer Field

Required Equipment & Preparation:

Water: Please send your athlete with plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Footwear: Plastic cleats

Apparel: T-shirt or athletic top, and athletic shorts with no pockets

Safety & Hair: Mouth guards (Arete will provide these for players) and hair tied back securely
