As a little background context: I have a Ph.D. in Hip-Hop and Global Youth Cultures, performed on America's Got Talent, and presented a TEDx Talk. I have supported more than 600,000 students, educators, and parents over the past 20 years, and have seen the power of the Growth Mindset transform students' lives in the face of immense challenges. I am passionate about the growth mindset, kindness and digital citizenship.
