We are scheduled for the Wednesday, 2/26 event at AJA Video from 9am-1:15pm.

Mrs. Tamo will stay for the event and parents will drop off and pick up. are welcome to stay for the event, if they want to. We will also need the attached NCSoS permission form completed for each student. We will also have paper copies available in the office if they need one. Please return to me by Thursday, 2/20 so I can scan them over to the coordinator.

Students need to bring their own scientific calculators to the test. Everything else including scratch paper and pencils will be provided. No notes are allowed. Please email me ASAP if you need us to provide a calculator.

Mrs. Tamo will be hosting two practice days. Please come if you can! She will do calculator practice and review some sample questions and test taking strategies. The days will be February 18 and 20th from 2-3 in room 16. Here is a link of previous tests that you can use for practice.

Here is the schedule:

·       9:30-11:30: Testing period. Once students have completed the test, they will be allowed to read quietly until all students have completed the test. Students may bring some reading material with them.

·       11:30-12:15: Pizza lunch/cookies for all students. Bottled water will also be available during the test and at lunch. During lunch, there will be a demo and/or presentation for the students.

·       12:15-12:45: Students will be given a tour of the local facility, if applicable.

·       12:45-1:00: Students will reconvene in the main conference room before departing.
