"What's My Access Key?" Parents can request their students' individual late order access key online ten (10) days after picture day by selecting the "What's my Access Key?" button next to the appropriate picture day. They have the duration of the school year to order pictures.  

"I did not receive my order?" Parents can reach out to us directly by visiting our website https://www.mydorian.com. They can either chat with one of our customer service representatives or there is a phone number at the bottom of the website that they can call.
