Hello XC Families,

This is our last week of cross country!  This team didi so awesome this year, I am so proud of all of their efforts and positive attitudes :).

Here are the details:

Tuesday: NO PRACTICE;  I threw my back out yesterday and really need the rest, plus the rain. 


Wednesday: Meet @ Nevada Union 4:45 start, warm-ups at 4pm (details below)

Thursday: XC Party at Culture Shock Yogurt (by Holiday Market) 2:30pm.  All runners' yogurt will be covered by me :).

**All jerseys can be returned to me after the meet or at the party- yes, I will take dirty jerseys :0

Time: 4:45 pm Start
Course: 1 mile
Grades: 4-8
Awards: Individual awards will be given to the first 20 finishers in each grade, per gender
for grades 4-6. For grades 7 & 8, awards will be given out to the first 15 finishers in each
grade, per gender. All other runners will receive a participation ribbon.

Parking: We ask that everyone try to park in the upper parking lots due to construction and NU
teams who will still be practicing.
