 (Fall 2025 Course includes 4 classes, ingredients, supplies & publishing fees)

Would your child like to be a published author? Chef Susan Gouveia  will coach students  to write & publish a collaboration cookbook. Each student will contribute a chapter (up to 10 pages including photos). If we stay on track, we hope to be published by Winter of 2025. In each class, we will experiment with new ingredients & have recipe challenges. Students will bring home samples for the family to taste! We will create original recipes with local herbs, spice blends, edible flowers, roots, veggies & fruits. Space is limited to 12 authors. The book will be available on Amazon. Book launch & signing date TBA. Susan Gouveia is a best selling author and has written 2 recipe books.
