Thursdays 12:15-1:30

Students will create a delicious meal based on recipes from Asia, Europe, Africa & Latin America. We will explore the different spices and languages of each country. We will discuss: nutrition, growing your own food, and healthy cooking. Vegetarian & gluten-free options are available. Just ask. In each 75-minute class, we will make a meal to serve  2-4 people. All ages. Min 6 students
