Foraging & Cooking Class at Garden Goddess Farm

Location: 18414 Alexandra Way, Grass Valley, CA

Date: Friday,  March 8th, 1-3:30pm $60

Rain or Shine! All ages. Minimum 6 students, 14 max.

 Students will hike the nature trail at Garden Goddess Farm and forage / identify over 20 Spring culinary native plants, foods & herbs. With our harvests, we will Make & Take Home Dinner for the family.

4 Course Menu includes:

• Italian Chicken Primavera

• Spring Salad with Edible Flowers

• Lemon Risotto with Foraged Greens

• Herb Garlic Bread

• Plant-based & Gluten- Free options if advanced notice is given.
