NEW- 4-8th grade Writing Workshop - 5 Tuesdays 10/8 - 11/12 - 9-12

We are offering another opportunity for students to work on important genres of writing. This time we will be working on Opinion/Argumentative Writing. In doing so we will work on note taking and completing the writing process from drafting through to final copy. Students will also have an opportunity to develop their typing skills utilizing an online program and by typing their final copies. Finally, students will be given additional resource time to complete individual assignments.

Mrs. Codiga will run this workshop on Tuesdays for 5 weeks. It is important for your student to attend each session for the duration of this class 10/8 - 11/12. The work we do one day will roll over to subsequent days. Keep in mind that we will NOT have class the week of 10/20 due to Fall Break.

10:30-12:00 Writing Workshop--Cost $15 per week

9:00-10:30 Additional Resource Time--Cost $7.50 per week
