everybody in this business is your whole and today we're going to do the art work for the square one project it's called a fundraiser but it's not really a fundraiser for a red tie and so you have a choice you can actually do the project here along with me and upload it yourself from home you can do the artwork and send it in to a.r. at a time where I will ship it the deadline for that have it by February 9th that would be amazing that's the next time I'm I'm on campus but February 25th is my absolute absolute deadline for it and if you're going to upload it just now you won't get the free stickers if you send it with me through the mail to arrive to square one then you will get the free stickers that come with it so that's up to you for the project you're going to need a pencil for drawing a Sharpie for Trace crayons for coloring may be an eraser you do if you need it and if you're not doing this project just trying to keep in mind too that materials used do not use colored or lead pencil gel or glitter pens scratchboard chalk 3D materials metallic fluorescent or neon anything those just do not get picked up by their cameras that they use to scan the artwork make sure it's bold and colorful you know it's always fun to have a little while and then of course don't forget to sign your art that's probably the most important part so it starts with the arch if you're following along with my project the one that we dad's during resource time has this cute little so I'm going to walk you through that step-by-step I'm actually going to go ahead and just go straight to my Sharpie cuz pencil doesn't always show up on the camera very well and you're welcome to go straight to Sharpie cuz you can always even if you do make a little box around the reason why I do that is because if you get your artwork to close to the edge the most important parts of your artwork anyway you want really in the center of your paper cuz sometimes it can get cut off when they printed on things like you know mugs and keychains and things like that I'm going to start off with the eyes of the Dragon and I'm going to drive to Ogle's when's big one small just remember if you need to posit if I'm going too fast go ahead and feel free to posit that's the beauty of video right in the middle of the island start on the left side I'm going to start an oval this is the face or the head of the dragon and then I'm going to end it right in the middle on the other side my next stop is the time going to do the next I know I know you're saying but we haven't finished the face will come back to the face I promise and I'm just kind of eyeballing what I feel looks good and then got the top part of the arm they make it like it's excited I'm excited and I'm going to draw the bottom now I'm going to do the hands of the Dragon I figure it's got three little fingers so kind of like a cloud at the end of those sticks that we gesture my next step is the body you can make him skinny it's up to you to make him something kind of in-between do I do it's a c and then it's a backwards C write my next episode on the left side watch this part I draw the foot out I come down I come straight across I go and then back into that and my next step is to draw a line between then I'm going to drop in the belly I'd like the underside of the belly I'm going to drop you a line the process and that gives us the illusion that that there's a belly there then my next step is to draw the so I'm going to start up under the arm on the right hand side I'm going to draw a little bump up down and around and then up if I catch my paper that's perfectly fine like I said I just want the most important I forgot to say that I I'm down her back up and then into the body and I'm going to draw a little line follows that dragon tail shape that I just did this is going to be the underside of the dragons tail and then I'm going to make some little tiny lines in there and again they're slightly curved just like on the belly then the next step is on top of the hill I'm going to make a little zigzag a little vines on the Dragon's Back that I'm going to do the wings so the wing you know you have to think about their behind the dragon entirely so I'm going to start on the right side I drop up a run into the face and then I keep continuing it up and then I bring it down it's like I'm making a triangle it gets you know Those Behind the hand and then this part you can't really see the bottom of the Wings cuz it's behind the tale if you want to draw a really big wings so you could add parts of it so that it shows the love and then I'm kind of thinking like that like me and then I moved to the other side so the left side to go up bring it down this time it's not hidden behind but I want to make sure that my wings you know roughly the same size awesome little details in there first thing we're going to do is in the eyes or just going to put two dots and then we're going to do the nose so the nose is a verb align and then another and they were going to put some dots in there never going to do the ears I don't know I kind of think they're kind of like cat years oops I goofed cuz I forgot about my Winger that's okay because I'm actually going to draw a line in between and so that my antenna works out for mine then the next step is horns you can not put horns on it that's my dragon now before I go to color you guys if you drew it in pencil you're going to trace it over with Sharpie first the last thing you're going to do with sharpies you're going to sign your name on it so you want to sign it somewhere in the middle and make sure that it's an inch away from any of the edges if you drew a box around it like I had on mine then it's really easy cuz you could sign it right along that box and it's just your first name and then you write the year 2022 also could sign it you know closer to your dragon somewhere if you'd like then the last step is you might want to add some scenery like where is your dragon standing is he stands like a little Hillside so I'm going to just add some of those little detail maybe I've got some more bushes here there's like an egg peeking out here I don't know I'll do the coloring on that maybe we a little dragon friend maybe they're ours Hillside back here and maybe I don't know maybe you want to put like a little castle in there anyway so you'll just kind of finish those details tray cement Sharpie if you I would recommend it helps really talk it out when I forgot I did a little Hillside over here on this side of the tracks I didn't finish it over here I like the idea of maybe there's a colorful so first thing I would do is if I had any you know pencil marks that I didn't like that I would just go through and erase them really quick and then I would call her so I'm just going to fast forward to that part through that part cuz I happen to have a finished colored example so I just use crayons for this rest hard I gave it to the Shadows like used to different shades of the color of bright colorful effect if you how many questions you can email me at spoofers see.us otherwise again the deadline for the art work if you're sending it to me I would prefer by February 9th if at all possible direct Hayes piano campus if you are going to upload it yourself on the deadline is I don't think there's actually a deadline if you're uploading it yourself so that doesn't really matter it's just sooner than later if you want to make can you get your stuff my mother's day artwork will be delivered you'll get free stickers if you send it with me and you will get your catalog and the order things and they are supposed to be delivered in Mother's Day so I guess if you have any questions as to how i p r a s t u s I look
