Sunday, May 18 Update

Hello families,

We are wrapping up our last few weeks. This beautiful year passed so quickly! Remember that anything posted new each Sunday is in bold text.

The last day for you to submit parent reimbursements this year is May 23rd. Please include all parts with your submission to your EA, Andrea, and Sarah: Reimbursement form, proof of purchase, proof of how you paid, and work samples if reimbursement is for a field trip.

Arete Charter Academy Blended Middle School 25/26

If you expressed interest in this awesome program, but have yet to formally sign up, please complete the form above by June 2 so we can order the curriculum. (Marking yes on the Intent to Return, tells us that you are interested in the BMS program, but it's not reserving their spot.) If your child will not attend, it is helpful for us to know that as well, so please either complete the form or respond to this email letting us know. Click on the link for more info.

Hello 8th grade families! The end of the year is quickly approaching. We need your help to end the year in style for our kids. Please sign up to help bring items to the 8th grade breakfast and graduation.

The breakfast will take place on May 29th and is only for 8th grade students. We have some students who are dairy free, gluten free, and vegetarian so we are asking for a variety of items to make this an enjoyable breakfast for everyone. Please deliver it early to campus so we can have time to set up and serve the kids at 9.

On 6/4, we are planning to do a charcuterie style grazing table for families to snack on before the graduation ceremony begins. We will be collecting all items for that the day before graduation on 6/3. If you are unable to donate an item for this and would like to contribute money, please let us know!
