20 day Meetings #3
Please sign up for a 20 minute meeting per child. At this meeting, we will review how things have been going and plan for the next 20 days. Please bring PE logs, Work Assignment Logs, and a broad range of your child's work. I will select at least two work samples from Math, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies if your child is completing online/hands on blended curriculum. All work samples should contain some writing (no coloring only pages) with an average of one sentence per grade level. If your middle schooler completes all online curriculum, I will print their graded assignments that they have turned in. If your child does all hands on/paper/book curriculum, please bring four Language Arts and Math samples so I can really see examples of how they are doing. This way, I can see if they need more support in a subject or to be challenged more and I will be better able to support you as their teacher. Thanks! Call or email with questions!

We will be reading the story Stone Soup where many people each contribute a little to make a beautiful soup. We are asking each child to bring a cleaned and chopped soup vegetable (carrots, onion, cabbage, celery, potato, fennel, tomatoes, etc) to add to our community soup. We will cook it and then gather around and enjoy our mini-feast. Please sign up to contribute if you are able. We are hoping ALL students can bring the cleaned and chopped veggie (no sign up needed).
