We are so excited for tomorrow night's promotion. Many parents partnered with Arete to create a beautiful picnic charcuterie table for families to nosh on before the main promotion. If you are helping decorate for this fun event, please meet out at the stage at 9am. If you are helping set up for the evening event, please meet at 4:30 outside of room 3. We will quickly set up the food and be ready for families to start building their charcuterie boxes to enjoy from 4:45-5:20. At 5:20 we will close off the food area and begin preparing for the ceremony. Students should be seated next to the stage by 5:25 as we will star promptly at 5:30. PLEASE bring your own lawn chairs, picnic blankets, pop up shade if you want, and water bottles. We will be serving iced water and cool lemonade and cake after the ceremony. There will be a cooling center in room 2 for anyone who needs to utilize it. Our Blended Middle School will be selling popsicles as a fundraiser for $1 each and taking cash or Venmo. See you then!
