Arete is so excited to welcome French teacher, Josee Savard Schumer, for an eight week Frech session running January 2020- March 2021.
Eight Weeks French Introduction
Arete Charter Academy 2020-2021
4-8th Grade- Wednesdays from January 20-March 10, 12:15-1:15
TK-3rd Grade- Thursdays from January 21-March 11, 12:15-1:15
On site: $240 each for four students, $160 each for six students, $96 each for 10 students
Online Private lessons: $40/h
(Parents need to communicate directly with the teacher Josee Savard Schumer (916) 771-4933 to establish a schedule.)
The material is provided, and students have access to a virtual classroom to complete weekly homework and practice what they learned in class.

Drawing A Still Life
Learn the basics for drawing from still life. Private Zoom classes are also available. $35 to be paid out of Instructional Enrichment Funds

Painting a Glass Class
Paint flowers and/or frogs on a glass you can drink from. All materials are provided. Private Zoom classes are also available. $35 to be paid out of Instructional Enrichment Funds

Painting a Snow Covered Mountain
Paint a snow covered mountain using a palette knife on an 8 x 10 canvas. All materials are provided. Private Zoom classes are also available. $35 to be paid out of Instructional Enrichment Funds
